• To ensure that your installation is smooth as possible.
• Help us complete the following steps to get your account set up and ready to go!

What steps?

• 1- Provide your contact call list for both emergency and non-emergency situations
• 2- Set up your preferred payment method
• 3- Download the AlarmTek apps in preparation to use and manage your system

Step 1: Please fill out the below form with the people you would like in your contact list:

How monitoring works

• 1. Your new AlarmTek system gets triggered by a burglar, fire, etc.
• 2. AlarmTek will instantly send a signal to one of our 24/7 professional motoring station and to the app on your phone to notify you
• 3. The monitoring station will call you and / or your contact list to validate the alarm
• 4. If there is no answer or the alarm is not cleared, they will dispatch the authorities or keyholders to your property

*Note that this process is customizable if required. What is a callee?

• A callee is a contact person that you know and trust with the key to your property and a code to your alarm system.
• The monitoring station will contact this person and ask them to attend to your property to meet the emergency services or take care of any environmental problem such as flood or low temperature.

Step 2: Payment method

• To make your installation smoother please choose to provide your payment method below.
• Important notice: if you are using our zero % financing program for your equipment, you must provide your void cheque.
• Banking information (void cheque): please upload a picture of void cheque or your authorized debit form from your bank.
