AlarmTek ATS Camera Return Policy

Return Window:

Customers may return any ATS camera product within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, provided the product has not been installed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Product must be in original condition and not installed.
• All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
• Return shipping label will be provided via email.

Return Process:

• Customer contacts AlarmTek via support portal or email.
• A return shipping label is issued.
• Product must be shipped back within 10 days of label issuance.
• Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund is processed to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Installed products are not eligible for return under this policy.
• Refunds for defective or malfunctioning installed products will follow AlarmTek’s technical support and warranty process.

Installation Policy:

Customers may add professional installation at checkout. Once installed, the product is no longer eligible for return under this policy.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders over $150.
• For orders below the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
