AlarmTek Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Referral Program is available to existing AlarmTek customers with an AlarmTek system.

2. $100 Referral Bonus
   Customers may receive a $100 referral bonus for each qualifying referral. The program is cumulative, and there is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals.

3. Qualifying Installation
   The referred person must purchase and have a new AlarmTek security system installed within 12 months from the date the referral was submitted.

4. Same Homeowner / Household
   The program does not apply to another property owned by the same homeowner or family living under the same roof. For example, a customer’s cabin or second home does not qualify as a referral.

5. Who Can Be Referred
   Referrals may include friends, relatives, family members, coworkers, or businesses. The referring customer must personally know the person or business being referred and must obtain their consent before sharing their contact information with AlarmTek.

6. Referral Information
   The referring customer must provide accurate information, including the referred person’s full name, email address, phone number, and city where the home or business is located.

7. Notification and Contact Consent
   The referring customer must give the referred person a heads-up before sharing their information with AlarmTek. By submitting the referral, the referring customer agrees that AlarmTek may contact the referred person. The referred person will have the option to opt out of marketing and other communications by contacting AlarmTek.

8. AlarmTek Service Areas
   Referrals qualify only when the referred home or business is in a city or area where AlarmTek currently operates and provides installation services. AlarmTek currently operates in Calgary, Edmonton, London, ON, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.

9. Referring Customer Information
   The referring customer must provide the correct information associated with their AlarmTek account, including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Failure to provide accurate account information, including the correct email address associated with the AlarmTek account, may prevent payment of the $100 referral bonus.

10. Bonus Payment
    The $100 referral bonus will be issued after the referred customer qualifying installation has been completed and posted, and all program requirements have been satisfied.

11. Payment Method
    AlarmTek reserves the right to determine the method of payment, including providing the referral bonus as an account credit or another payment method.

12. Program Changes
    AlarmTek reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program, including changing the bonus amount, eligibility requirements, or payment method, at any time.

13. Ineligible or Fraudulent Referrals
    AlarmTek reserves the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise ineligible referrals.

14. Unlimited Referrals
    There is no limit to the number of people a customer may refer. Each referral must independently meet all program requirements to qualify for the $100 bonus.

15. Final Determination
    AlarmTek reserves the right to make the final determination regarding referral eligibility and qualification.
