What You’ll Be Responsible For
– Accounts Payable (Primary Focus)
• Process and organize vendor invoices
• Ensure accurate coding, approvals, and documentation
• Track payments and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and audit readiness
– Payroll & Administrative Support
• Assist with payroll preparation and verification
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor records
• Provide administrative support across Finance and Operations
• Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
– Inventory Support
• Track incoming and outgoing equipment
• Support equipment swaps, replacements, and warranty movements
• Maintain accurate inventory and serial number records
• Coordinate with technicians and operations teams

• Invoices and payroll data are accurate and on time
• Inventory records are clean, reliable, and trusted
• Issues are caught early and communicated clearly
• Operations run smoothly because details are handled properly
